Your station administrator invites you to RadioTools. You can only create an account through an invitation. Use the email address on that invitation when you create or sign in to your account.
Accept your invitation
Open the link in the invitation email. The Join your station page shows the station, who invited you, and your role.
Choose Sign in if you already have an account, or Create an invited account if you don't.
If you created an account, open the verification link in your email, then sign in.
Choose Accept invitation.
If the invitation has expired, ask the person who invited you to resend it. If you are signed in with another address, sign out and use the invited account.
Troubleshooting invitations
Pending invitations show their job and expiry to whoever invited you. If yours has expired or didn't arrive, ask that person to use Resend invitation, or Revoke invitation if it's no longer needed.
If you're signed in with a different email address than the one invited, sign out and sign back in using the invited, verified address — an invitation only becomes a membership once accepted with that address.
Open your station's RadioTools URL and enter your email and password. If two-factor authentication is on, enter the code from your authenticator app, or choose Use a backup code.
Station owners must turn on two-factor authentication before they can open their station. For everyone else it is recommended.
If you forgot your password, choose Forgot your password? on the sign-in page and then Send reset link. Use the latest reset email; an expired link requires a new request.
Choose your active station
If you belong to more than one station, Choose a station lists each one with your role and the station's local time. Select a station and choose Continue to that station.
To change stations later, use the station switcher at the top of the workspace. You can search stations by name. Check the station name before editing, inviting staff, or changing settings. Memberships and permissions are separate for each station.
Save your work before switching. If an editor asks you to save or discard changes, resolve that prompt first. Once the station changes, its screens load data for the newly selected station.
Your first visit
Start with Today to find your next broadcast and tasks. Use Planning for the full schedule, Show Prep for rundowns and scripts, Editorial for station content, and Media for files. Station owners also see Set up your station on Today until the onboarding checklist is complete.
Navigation reflects your permissions and the modules your station runs. If an area or action is missing, ask your station owner or administrator to check your role and job on Team.
The workspace uses the station's language, English or Dutch, so it can change when you switch stations. On a shared studio computer, sign out when you finish.
