An overview of station admin areas — Team, Access, Settings, Content schemas, and Editorial — plus owner vs admin responsibilities and a suggested setup order.

When permitted

Owners hold every permission and must use two-factor authentication to open the station. Admin and member actions follow the station's role permissions plus any job or individual permissions. None of these roles bypass private-content rules.

Suggested setup order

Set the timezone and station language first, then fill in the station profile. Switch off modules the station does not run. Invite the team with the right jobs, review permissions, and choose editorial policies. Add integrations only when you know which consumer needs them and which scopes it requires. Finish the onboarding checklist before relying on the workspace for a broadcast.
